Edward Doyle

Edward Doyle founded Complimate and has been the President since its inception in 1985.  Previous to founding Complimate, Edward was with Hewlett Packard for twenty-seven years.  During his time at HP, he held management positions in sales and marketing and was well trained in the "HP Way".  HP was one of the greatest company culture innovators known for management by objective, employee flex-time and profit sharing years before these trends became mainstream.  Edward brings years of experience helping emerging organizations become industry leaders by focusing on enlightened management, innovation and unimpeachable quality.

Cecil Parker

Cecil Parker was instrumental in the start-up of Compaq Computer Corporation as their first Vice President of Human Resources scaling the organization to over 5,000 employees in five years.  He then worked with Bob Noyce, President and CEO of Sematech and co-founder of Intel, as the first Vice President of Human Resources of Sematech, a semiconductor industry consortium.  An independent consultant with extensive experience as a high-tech corporate officer, he has facilitated problem solving, strategic planning, and organization development work in various organizations.  Cecil has held a variety of Board and Advisory roles in high technology companies.

Patrice Capitant de Bouillé

Patrice has successfully built and led efficient engineering organizations in high technology companies including Macrovision, Sony and Compression Labs.  As a corporate officer he has extensive experience developing strategies and tactics for small companies.  Patrice is Chair of the Board and actively involved with Transaccess, a non-profit specializing in the retraining and placement of people with disabilities.  Patrice has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, and is the author of multiple issued patents.  His expertise encompasses a wide range of technologies.

Dennis Davis

Dennis Davis has extensive experience in staffing and operations for emerging companies.  Prior to joining Complimate, Dennis led the Human Resources Department at Pulsent.  Dennis has strong expertise in identifying talent and creating environments that brings out the great energies and talents of people.  The United States Olympic Committee recently honored Dennis by recognizing him as the 2004 Developmental Coach of the Year for sport of Table Tennis.  He previously held the position of National Coaching Chairman for USA Table Tennis responsible for all coaching education and training.  He has trained young athletes from beginners to Olympic Team members.  Dennis deeply understands what it takes to be a peak performer and assists emerging companies promote an environment to perform at their best. 

Kirsten Davis

Kirsten Davis has strong expertise as a consultant in process creation, procedural efficiency optimization and documentation encompassing the areas of executive management, administrative, finance and staffing.  The founder of several successful businesses, Kirsten has been with Complimate for fourteen years.  Kirsten received her MBA with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors degree in International Business with a Minor in Asian Studies.

Gordon Sedlack

Gordon Sedlack has 28 years in the semiconductor industry with Fairchild Semiconductor and LSI Logic.  Gordon focused on the creation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure that supported the engineering and development teams.  His roles ranged form IT Project Management to Computer Operations to Customer Support.  At LSI, he played an integral role in one of the first implementations of a UNIX infrastructure in the semiconductor industry.  Gordon then moved on to work with a start-up managing the outsourcing of entire IT departments.  Gordon then joined Netcom Online, the world's largest ISP during it's early, exponential growth years.   Netcom went on to become Earthlink.  Gordon joined Complimate in 1996 focusing on recruiting and staffing, utilizing his large network of contacts built over 30 years.  Gordon is a California Accredited Staffing Consultant.
